Prioritizing Tasks for Programmers

How to Prioritizing Tasks for Programmers

  1. Tasks you are the bottleneck for. If people cannot work until you finish your part... these should be your first priority so everyone is productively working in tandem.
  2. Tasks you can delegate - outline the task and send it away!
  3. Tasks you have to wait on others for. Like submitting a trouble ticket or applying for developer account or API access.

For the rest of the tasks, schedule your most complex for when you are at your mental peak each day.
