Having trouble honing in on a specific market: AR Maps

So I have worked on a proof of concept for an AR Map. The idea is a physical map that has extra features when approached via AR.
I created a quick proof of concept:

I am now trying to find markets to apply this to. I have thought about real estate as well as amusement parks but am having trouble honing in a specific market to start interviewing and trying to get customers for. What is a good starting point for this?

Thanks
