Feedback on product video

Hey Indie Hackers!

I'm working on a product video to make the value prop of my notes product more clear. In the past, I've only used product screencasts and I'm now experimenting with something more high-level.

How can I make it better? Are there any great product videos you've seen that you can recommend for inspiration?

Nice! I'm a big fan of putting things into video (i.e. my explainer video as talked about here)

    Honest feedback:

    • I love the name.
    • I watched it on 1.5x speed. You may try speeding up the dialog a little bit.
    • This may be overkill, but you may also try putting in some background music. You can find creative commons stuff here or a bunch of other sites on the web.
    • When you go to present this to a customer, try condensing it down as much as possible. i.e. could you say something like "It's slack but for note taking" or something similar and save a minute, rather than explaining the whole process of how you go about creating different categories/buckets for different notes to find them easier. Just a thought, take it or leave it 😆

    All the best!

Sure thing! Again, all the best!
