After almost 2 years of customer feedback, learning, design, development & testing I’m very happy to say that we’ve launched version 2 of Project .co

When we launched version 1 we were giving the world a tool we had used internally to manage over 4,000 client projects.

I thought that opening this up to the the world would be an instant home run.

Wrong 🤦🏼‍♂️

It turns out that version 1 worked how we wanted it to work for our business and not every business wanted to work in the same way.

It was too inflexible 🤦🏼‍♂️

We did have some great wins with V1:

✅ More than 10,000 organic signups
✅ Many partnerships with complimentary brands
✅ 1,500+ customer conversations

But ultimately people wanted a flexible tool that they could set up around their business processes.

So we had a decision to make, adapt V1 or build V2 from scratch.

We decided to take the wealth of feedback we got and build V2 from scratch. This took a lot longer than we expected. A year and a half to be exact!!

But after a a lot of work and a great beta period V2 is in use by hundreds of companies and is available publicly. 🥳
