Funded No-Code Startup w/ Technical Founder Seeking Sales / Marketing Hero

Hey everyone :)

For the past year I've been building Frontly - a no-code platform that makes front-end web development 10X faster.

I live in British Columbia, Canada. I'm a strong technical founder with previous successful startup experience.

In addition to myself, we have a team of 2 full-time software engineers and a recent full-time marketing hire.

We've already raised a small amount of funding and are just closing our pre-seed funding round.

Our platform is live and fully functional, and we're just starting to market the product.

The vision:

There are hundreds of no-code companies out there, but the vast majority are focused on building 'full stack' apps, like Bubble. Other competitors like Retool focus on internal admin tools which are not meant to be client-facing.

Frontly is positioned specifically as a B2B SaaS tool for front-end web development, and we have a big opportunity to be the leader in this space.

No-code is already a 20B market and is projected to hit 80B in the next 5 years.

As we scale, we'll build a theme marketplace and app store of third-party developers, mirroring Shopify's business model and offering the world's best front-end interfaces at a fraction of the time and cost that anyone could custom build them.

Focusing on the B2B market, Frontly has a unique opportunity to acquire customers that aren't serviced by full-stack no-code builders.

Who I'm looking for:

A passionate entrepreneur with sales and marketing running through their veins. Someone who can take full ownership over the digital marketing of Frontly and making sure every entrepreneur and hiring manager in the world knows that Frontly is a 10X better solution than custom-building a front-end app. Someone organized and diligent who can orchestrate our marketing efforts across dozens of channels. As we scale our marketing, building out a team of VAs and junior marketers who can act on our vision while ensuring you focus on the highest priorities.

Most importantly...

Someone friendly, easy-going and driven. I fully encourage balance and mental health as an entrepreneur, but I'm absurdly dedicated and passionate about building a successful startup and I need people on my team who share this passion.

What I can offer:

  2. Some combination of equity and pay. If we get to this step, we can discuss your situation and figure out a structure that works for everyone. We are almost 1-year in with investment so the amount of equity we can offer someone joining at this stage will reflect that.
