Seeking a Partner: Join Our Fast-Growing Crypto Casino Project

I’ve been in the iGaming affiliate space for about 7 years - mostly running traffic to casino offers and testing out different retention funnels. I always wondered what it would take to actually own a brand instead of just promoting one.

This spring, I finally decided to make the jump and launch my own online casino.

Back then, I didn’t have developers or a license, which made launching a casino from scratch unrealistic. After some research, I found Rosloto, whose turnkey solution checked every box:
• Full casino platform with 3,000+ slots, live casino, crash, instant wins.
• License, hosting, and crypto payment systems included.
• Admin dashboard with built-in reporting, player stats, and CRM tools.

The entire launch process took less than 4 weeks. The team helped me integrate crypto payments and some specific local options.

I focused totally on promotion, since that’s where my background is:
• Built a Telegram community with 13,000+ followers.
• Partnered with a few streamers.
• Had some promotion on forums.

After 2 months:
• 3,200 registered players (and it’s growing).
• Around 35% returning visitors (weekly stats).
• Positive ROI already - mainly Telegram referrals.

My upcoming focus is on creating the custom loyalty program. Also my main focus is on expanding the affiliate backend with custom tiers/commissions. While Rosloto continues to manage the technical foundation, I’m looking to bring in a data-oriented pro who can help identify growth opportunities and refine my monetization strategy.

I’m looking for an Affiliate Manager / Performance Analyst to join on a long-term freelance or partnership basis.

The ideal fit:
• Experience with gambling, affiliate marketing.
• Knows how to read the story behind the numbers (ROI, FTD, retention).
• Comfortable testing new traffic channels .
• Managing affiliate relationships.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Telegram or crypto audiences.

If you don’t tick every box but you’re motivated to learn and curious about how online casinos grow - don’t hesitate to reach out anyway. I’m open to training the right person myself and tailoring the learning process to our project’s specific needs.

If that sounds like you - or if you know someone who might be interested - feel free to drop me a DM (jbjob@g_slots.net) or comment below.

Hey — love the ambition here 🎰
Crypto + gaming is noisy right now, but there’s still massive room for projects that actually feel crafted instead of rushed hype.

I run a small product studio called Cognimuse — we help founders turn ideas into scalable, beautifully designed MVPs fast (usually within 30 days).

I’ve personally worked with a few Web3 and fintech teams on UX and AI integrations, and I really dig the intersection of entertainment, trust, and tech that you’re building around.

I’m not the kind of “partner” who just codes — I like shaping the brand story, user flow, and product experience end-to-end.

If you’re open to chatting about how we could fuse product craftsmanship with your crypto casino vision, I’d genuinely love to jam on it. Even a 15-minute brainstorm could be fun.

I am a full-stack web and blockchain developer with over 9 years of experience.
I am a developer who can help you grow your business.

I have already developed a full crypto casino project with core games like Crash, Roulette, Mines, and Coin Flip, and I also have the working some source code available. My experience covers provably fair systems, crypto integrations, and production-ready deployments.

I’m very interested in your project and would be glad to discuss details further.

I would be happy to discuss the details.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I saw your post on IndieHackers about your casino and was really impressed by how you went from affiliate to having your own brand in just 4 weeks.

I'm not an affiliate manager (yet), but I'm building my own B2B business and I'm fascinated by your marketing approach, especially:

    • How you built a 13k Telegram community
    • Your strategy with streamers and forums
    • How you achieved 35% returning visitors

I'm just starting out and I think I could learn a ton from your experience in:

    • User acquisition
    • Retention strategies
    • Affiliate systems that actually work

Proposal: Can I help you with something in exchange for learning from you?

    For example:
    → Market/competitor research
→ Finding potential streamers or channels
    → Basic data analysis
→ Any task you need that allows me to learn

I'm not looking for monetary compensation, just the opportunity to learn from someone with real experience.

If you think I could add value while learning, I'd love to chat.

    Thanks for considering this.

    Best,
    Lalo

Solid progress with the launch. Finding a good affiliate manager is key. A solid tactic for them would be direct outreach to find new affiliates, not just relying on inbound. For one iGaming brand this approach brought in over 30 high performing affiliates in their first month.

Happy to share some ideas on this :)

This is a hugely successful jump from affiliate to owner.Congratulations on the 4-week launch and the immediate positive ROI. Solving the technical and traffic problems early is half the battle.

You are right that the next constraint is retention and monetization, but there is a strategic mistake in looking for a general 'Affiliate Manager' to solve it.

The bottleneck is not reading the story behind the numbers; it's writing the story that compels the existing players to stay and spend.

Your biggest constraint is the direct-to-player communications that govern player retention and loyalty programs. You have 35% returning visitors, but your ultimate financial gain comes from maximizing the Lifetime Value (LTV) of those existing players.

The superior strategic lever is immediately bringing in a specialist to engineer your high-stakes promotional funnels and the custom loyalty program copy.

The Real Win: You need someone who can translate the data insights into high-scarcity promotional copy that makes those 35% returning visitors convert to maximum value with absolute certainty. That strategic intervention is the fastest way to secure exponential, predictable revenue growth.

The project sounds genuinely interesting, and I’d be open to getting involved
but before anything serious, I’d need to see some hard evidence behind the claims.

You mention strong early traction (3,200 players, 35% returning users, positive ROI). Could you share verifiable data
e.g. actual revenue, ad spend, retention metrics, or analytics screenshots? Without audited proof, it’s impossible to judge the sustainability.

The bigger question is legal and licensing security. Since this involves both crypto and gambling, it’s essential to see which jurisdiction you’re licensed under, whether Rosloto provides a sub-license or full operator coverage, and how you stay compliant with AML/KYC regulations. That’s non-negotiable one bad setup can wipe out everything overnight.

I’d also want to understand the partnership structure: what exactly is being offered equity, revenue share, or contract work? How transparent would finances and platform data be?

If you can back up the traction numbers and clarify the legal framework, I’d be seriously interested in discussing collaboration. Until then, it’s more of a high-risk promise than a proven business.
