We have a pretty similar process, good to see that it makes some sense 😛

Happy to hear that! It's a good affirmation to hear someone else is doing it similarly!

💪. You got a bit of a had start tho 😁

Our process of creating products is quite unique as we are a small product team used to work under high constraints.

We never used outside capital nor had a ton of manpower nor time to waste.

    What do we believe in?
👁 There is no boilerplate. Be attentive to the current situation.
👊 Be harsh on your ideas, challenge them.
⏳ Spend enough time on validation of the assumptions.
🏃‍♂️ Don't rush too fast into the building phase.
🤝 Close collaboration between design & dev is crucial.
🤥 Have big dreams but be skeptical in the short term.
🤬 Release products sooner than later. It should hurt.
😥 It's ok to fail, and the failure might hurt, it's a sign of growth.

Uff.. there is more! So if you up for some more brain food 🧠 listen to the whole conversation I had with my technical co-founder about our process of creating digital products polished by 7 years of hard-learned lessons.

What's your process? I know, it's a big topic... so maybe what's the most important step in your process learned the hard way?

    It is an interesting talk.

You have created many products, more than 12. But have you done enough validation? It seems that you are solving mostly your own problems, hoping there would be market needs and saving time and costs (as compared to use 3rd party services) at the same time.

Think you guys might need more than just 40 minutes to talk about all this. The past year has been an amazing experience for me. Watching you guys work and observing how you think. I learned so damn much.
