Show IH: I'm making explainer videos about SaaS growth concepts. Here's the first one.

I realised that a lot of founders were struggling with growth.

Growth isn't easy if you've never had to do it before and there's so much scummy advice on how to hack your way to growth.

I've been in the position of trying to grow my company using growth marketing strategies – I had to learn a lot quickly. Now that I know kind of a lot about the topic, I'm trying to pass on a bunch of that structured and hopefully valuable information in video format.

So I'm creating a series about growing your business as a founder using growth marketing. It's aimed at founders running SaaS businesses who haven't ever had to run growth before and are looking to get the foundations in place for getting customers, profitably.

You can see the first one here – it's about defining value props.

Would you take a look at the first video, and let me know whether you think:

  1. I got the tone right for these?
  2. I got the knowledge level right?
  3. How I could make these more interesting for you?
  4. Any other thoughts you had ✨

Here's a link to the video again.

Thanks for your help!
