    I think the whole EEAT signals thing is a bit over-blown. Especially after John Mueller confirmed that they are looking deeper at credentials than just "does this person have a twitter account"... If you can't add EEAT to your site without hiring experts than it is best to focus on quality content that is directly relevant to your userbase. That will always be the best way to grow SEO over trying to game the system, good content... good quality metadata structure is the 80 of the 80/20 rule.
