Looking for startups that need growth hacking support

Hey Indie Hackers,

I’ve been working closely with SaaS and startup founders over the last few years, helping them scale, validate positioning, and scale visibility without relying on ads or big budgets.

If you're building something cool but struggling with:

Getting your first 50 users

Figuring out what channels actually work

Turning awareness into actual traction

I’m currently looking to support a few early-stage projects, preferably bootstrapped or pre-seed with lean growth strategies, including content, community, SEO, and founder-led marketing.

Drop a comment or DM me if this resonates. Happy to jam on ideas or share what’s worked for others I’ve worked with.

do you have product market fit?

      1. 3

"Do you have product market fit?" - you have some way of measuring that without getting the first 50 users?

        1. 1

David, I have checked your product and will contact you soon

        2. 1

obviously not, he is looking for an easy win, probably charge you a few hundred $ for something ChatGPT put together, (best guess until he put an actual offer in the post)

          1. 1

hey @petrovn , if that's how you do things doesnt mean we do it the same way :) we are not looking for an easy win, we have established clients.

there is a specific reason we asked for early stage startups with no traction (we know they have zero budget). We have had a success story with a startup and now trying to implement and advise other startups and creating a growth academy for mentorship.

In any case thank you for your feedback

Many early-stage startups in software, e-commerce, fintech and healthtech seek growth hacking support to scale faster, improve customer acquisition, boost retention and optimize digital marketing strategies effectively.

    Thanks for the offer.

We have built an AI SEO Audit tool called AI Page Ready that does 40+ checks and gives you an AI SEO Readiness Score.

While we got users for it, turns out it was quite difficult for end users to understand and use it.

So now we are trying a different GTM by offering it to agencies as an embeddable lead gen widget on their website to generate AI SEO leads - https://aipageready.com/ai-seo-leadgen

Would love to jam on ideas on how to find more agencies.

    1. 1

you are stepping in my playground :) we build SEO AI agents I know the field very well.

connect with me on linkedin, let us schedule a demo I have few questions about the product if it clicks I am ready to partner up and I can market it myself already have connections here.

    Hey Kevin,

That's a fantastic offer and a great way to build a solid portfolio. Kudos to you for the initiative and for giving back to the community.

It's also interesting to see how the classic "growth hacker" role is evolving in the age of AI. The skills you've listed are the foundational pillars. The next level I'm seeing is the shift from being a 'doer' of these tasks to being an 'architect' of an automated growth engine.

Imagine building a system for a startup that's composed of interconnected digital agents, where your strategic job is to design and manage the engine. For example:

A 'Market Intelligence Agent': Instead of just manual keyword research, this agent uses AI-powered tools like SurferSEO or MarketMuse to constantly analyze SERPs and find content gaps. It then automatically populates a content calendar with high-opportunity topics.

A 'Content Creation Agent': This isn't just one writer. It's a workflow. A brief comes from the intelligence agent. An AI writer (like Jasper or a fine-tuned GPT-4) generates the first draft. Then, another specialized tool (like Grammarly) handles the polishing and ensures it matches the brand's tone of voice.

A 'Distribution & Outreach Agent': Once content is published, this agent automates the entire distribution process. It uses tools like PhantomBuster to find people on LinkedIn/Twitter who shared similar articles, and then uses an outreach tool like Lemlist to send personalized messages asking for a share or a backlink.

A growth hacker who can not only perform these individual tasks but can architect and build this kind of automated, multi-agent system is exponentially more valuable. You're not just offering your time; you're offering to build a scalable asset for the startup.

The future of growth isn't just hacking it; it's engineering it. Awesome offer, and I'm sure you'll find some great startups to work with. Cheers!

hey i recently launched my ai automation agency and am looking to find around 30-50 clients in the next few months let me know if you would like to partner up

    1. 1

Hello, my main experience is working with SaaS startups, I have never scaled an agency before.

finding 30 - 50 agency clients is not easy, because you are service based even if you found them will you be able to provide your service? how big is your team?

my go to strategy would be LinkedIn, work on inbound mainly through content (will not be easy) also work on your website and cold outreach. I would put a target of 5 clients per quarter then work on referrals.

hey kevin , its been 4 months since i fully launched https://www.pokeshani.com , a platform where people can sell their digital products and they get to keep 100% of their earnings without any fees with instant paypal payouts within seconds of making sales , i recently also created a marketplace inside PokeShani so everyone can see and interact with each other products , since 4 months i have managed to obtain 90 signups , total 23 digital products has been listed and till now only one creator made sales which is of total $500 and now i am not getting any more creators and no one is active . could you help ?

    1. 1

      hello,

you are competing in a tough space, here are few questions I would try to find answer to.

1- how did you get the first 90 signups, which channels and why did they choose you? what was their pain points. then I would focus on scaling those channels, create content based on those pain points or post on communities.

2- creators are not active, did you reach out to them? asked about the reason? their feedback will be goldmine for you to improve, and obviously you need retention strategy, like gamification or unlocking achievements (like Karma points or tokens)

3- If i got the product right, you're targeting 2 types of personas, first are creators and the second whoever needs the product.

my advice here will be to niche down to specific category of products then expand to another verticals makes it easier to scale and clearer for user. So, you can attract creators by targeted campaigns like email marketing offeirng "freemiums" and for the second group I would focus on relevant communities and UGC. also Pinterest can be a good channel.

let me know if this helps!

      1. 1

hey thanks for the help but do you think if you know someone who could execute this stratigies too?

Hi Kevin! I’m building a mental health–focused social app that focuses on daily reflection. I’m aiming to grow it without relying on ads. Your experience with lean growth strategies sounds like a perfect fit for where I am right now. What’s the best email to reach you at so I can share more details?

Hey, this is right in line with what I’m looking for.

I’m a technical builder with multiple working digital products, GPT-powered tools, and automation systems ready to ship. My strength is rapid creation — from concept to functional product in days
My bottleneck is exactly what you specialize in: getting the first users, validating channels, and turning awareness into traction without huge budgets.

If you’re open, I’d love to show you a few of these products and see which one we could run through your lean growth playbook. I can keep building; you can focus on getting traction — sounds like a high-leverage match.

I just launched my app Phobaxx two days ago. I need help getting some users!

    1. 1

HI, can you please share the website if you have one

        1. 1

It’s a social media app where users can request personal content and attach a virtual gift which the creator can later redeem. I really believe it’s a good concept. Feedback?

          1. 1

there is a group on IH that gives product feedback maybe you can post it there, it seems like a nice concept but I would say first identify your target customer (ICP) find them through Linkedin or social media and ask them for their opinion and gather feedback once you do that an dfeedbacks are positive develop an MVP (you can use curosor, lovable) then share it with them and post in communities for feedbacks.

with those feedbacks start shipping new features or removing some, then you can start investing in marketing

Great to see this, Kevin. A lot of early-stage founders underestimate how critical lean, strategic growth is — especially when they don’t have a big war chest for paid acquisition.

I coach SaaS founders in the AI and fintech space, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful founder-led marketing and positioning clarity can be when done right.

Would be happy to connect and explore potential synergies or collaborations — especially for founders who could benefit from both growth strategy and business model clarity early on.

Appreciate you offering this to the community.

    1. 1

sure, will be happy to contact and explore how you can help the startups we work with.
