Hosted Neil Patel on my Blitzgrowth Podcast [+ a question for successful podcasters]

Hi guys. So I recently started a podcast focusing on content creators and entrepreneurs and so far recorded 23 episodes hosting some interesting people that paved their way to success by creating content.

Just recently I managed to get Neil Patel to talk about growth, entrepreneurship, doing what you love etc (posting a link here so you can watch it if you want, mostly for feedback and tips to move forward):

However, I'm interested to know are there any benchmarks or advice on growing a b2b podcast.

Since we're already on episode 23 and looking for growth, we're not sure whether we're stagnating or growing slowly... There's an opinion that we should be doing something better.

Like, what type of viewership/listenerships should we aim for and what promotion channels would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.
