It looks good. I think it's a great topic for an ebook, too. Learning how to build a commercial app is something a lot of aspiring indiehackers would pay for and since Laravel is so huge, it's good to niche down a bit like this.

I think you'll be able to sell this book!

Looks good, I would be interested in the book as I'm currently starting to build a SAAS app with laravel. I'm an experienced front end dev but learning laravel through laracasts.

Does the sample project in the ebook focus on a separate SPA (e.g vue) and then Laravel for the API?

Or is it a full laravel app using blade/vue templates?

Would also be interested if you use Laravel spark or cover custom stripe billing/paments.

    Cheers :)

Thanks for your questions! Laracasts is a great resource to learn Laravel, I'd recommend to take a look at https://codecourse.com/, they had a few courses focused on building projects using Laravel and Vue.

The sample project in my book isn't about separate SPA, I tried to make it as simple as possible.

From my experience I would say that Laravel Spark may be a good option to you if you do not want to spent a lot of time building your own billing system. Just keep in mind that it may be hard to customize Laravel Spark in some cases.

the design is good. You don't answer this simple question, why should I buy from you? What project did you build or where do you work? What results did you get? Say something about you that makes people want to buy (no BS of course).

I dig the demo app, seems like a great marketing tactic for the book.

I personally won't buy the book, not because of you or the quality but this tech doesn't pique my interests.

I think you need free content that eventually leads back to the book. We don't know you or if the book will be worth the purchase. The blog posts also helps with SEO.

Another suggestion, add about the author on your landing page. Who are you and answer the question what qualifies you to teach us?

I couldn't find a price for the book, even if it isn't ready price will be a leading factor which sometimes maps to quality of the product.

Payment screen looks excellent. Avatar in combination with your full name conveys trust.

What's the fee that PayMe charges on top of the Stripe charge? Can you do subscriptions as well?

Where can we find more info about your book?

      Thanks for your feedback!

You can learn more about the book and subscribe to waiting list here: https://laravel101.com/book

The PayMe fee is fully configurable, as I'm going to include the full source code to the book.

Currently only one-time payments are supported, as subscriptions - is a really wide topic (and probably - is a subject for another book).
