Here are 06 ways I use to deal with low feeling as an Indie Hacker.

As web developers, very often that self-doubt kicks in and we start feeling low.

Here are 06 ways I use to deal with low feelings.

1. Listen to music.

For a long time, music is known to lift or change your mood. Even just 5 mins of music can help you deal with your low feeling.

Here are two of my favorites I listen to while working.

2. Write in a journal.

Writing a journal lets you think clearly and you come to know why you feel the way you feel. Or at least it will make you aware of your habits and feelings.

I recently started journaling and believe me it's one of the most productive habits you can build.

3 Read a book.

Book reading is one of my favorite timepass. Time spent reading a good book is the time spent well.

Books take you to a whole different world and you start feeling good again.

Currently, reading: Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari

4. Go out for a walk.

I am kind of a lazy lad (of course, I am a programmer). So this isn't something I do very often.

But whenever I do, it feels great. I just like to go out (with the mask on) and observe people.

5. Take a cold shower.

You see, sometimes how a device starts lagging and rebooting it fixes the issue.

A cold shower does something similar to your brain. It puts your brain back to default working mode.

This is the best of all 6 ways. Which always works.

6. Take a nap.

There is this concept called power nap. Just 30 mins of nap will energies you again for rest of the day.

Those were my 06 ways to deal with a low feeling as a web developer and a solopreneur.
