Designers: Any advice on how I can become 70-80% of the designer you are today, in the fastest way possible?

In 2022, I'm going to be working on learning the 6 essential skills for successful startup founders:

1. Engineering
2. Product
3. DESIGN
4. Sales & Marketing
5. Finance
6. Management and leadership

I don't want to be an expert in any of these skills, only get to a competent level in all of them.

Any help on how to learn design and get good at it would be hugely appreciated!!
