Hey everyone, I've spent the past 10+ years building products, including a successful startup exit along the way.
One pattern I keep seeing is non-technical founders with a strong vision, but stuck when it comes to execution. Some feel overwhelmed by tech decisions, some burned by devs, others unsure what to build, or how to build it right.
I’m now focused on helping founders like this get clarity: what to build, how it should work, what team you need, and how to move forward without burning time or money.
If that sounds familiar, drop a comment with your LinkedIn or email - I’d love to connect with you!

Hey, I'd love to learn more about your situation
I've just sent you an email!
Hi - I am a former professional athlete building an AI Powered B2B SaaS platform but non technical (currently using an agency). We have olympians on our board and great early traction however I am looking for a technical co-founder so that we can start building in house. Can anyone help me with this?
Hey, this sounds interesting, and I'd love to hear more about it.
Would you mind sharing your email or LinkedIn so I can connect with you?
Hey, that really hits home. I’ve seen a lot of founders struggle exactly with that gap between vision and execution. I’m not technical myself but learning a bit more every day — would love to stay in touch and see what you’re working on!
Hey, happy to stay in touch!
Could you share your email or LinkedIn so we can connect?
Sounds very familiar. I’m working with a non-technical co-founder right now, and honestly, it feels like I’m doing everything. Maybe it’s just a one-off situation, but when it comes to development, design, and execution, it’s all on me. He handles sales and marketing, which is nice, but I’m not getting the equity I think I deserve.
I’ve noticed that a lot of non-technical founders hold onto equity like they’re sitting on the next Facebook. But as builders, we know after launching enough stuff that most projects don’t take off.
I’m testing a new model where I post my past projects on a site where marketing-focused people can find them, reach out, and get equity if they help scale the platform. I like this approach way more than starting from scratch. It’s also a great way to breathe life into old projects that are just sitting in my folder collecting dust.
The hardest part for us hasn’t been tech, but finding people who can think in “systems”, not just tasks.
We started curating small, multidisciplinary teams instead of hiring roles - so far it works better for AI projects.
How do you filter for mindset rather than skills?
I think in the early stages, it’s key to bring on tech generalists, people who can wear multiple hats and adapt as things evolve.
Just as important is finding those who fit well culturally, so collaboration stays smooth.
Curious to hear what you are working on?
Hi, I am looking for a technical cofounder to help on a WebApp. Would you like to discuss ? my mail is [email protected]
Hey, sure, I've just sent you an email!
This sounds like me!

Would you mind sharing your email or LinkedIn so we can continue the conversation and dive deeper into your situation?
Catchy but whats the catch? Is this paid? Will you offer a paid service(s) or startup along the way?
Olá, tudo bem?
