Working on the APIS project, it's all about listening to the challenges developers are facing and try to put together solutions they want.

Benefited greatly from listening than talking. If March 2016 the world was divided as Headlee described, the world is probably even more divided now. I have friends who believe in totally different things, and there is no benefit in a world where everybody agrees on the same thing.
