I had a prospective customer ask me if I had a video demoing my product, so I spent the next 18 hours creating one 😅 [Video inside]

I've been meaning to create a video showing people how easy it is to get started with Site Command, so yesterday when a potential customer asked if I had a video – I just put my head down and got to it.

I spent the next 18 hours creating the video, starting at 9am and not rendering it until 3am. It's a lot of work!

The whole thing was done with ScreenFlow – I can't believe how good of a product it is. I have good experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc., but ScreenFlow just nailed the workflow for this type of thing.

It's ~7 minutes long so I don't expect y'all to watch it, but if you do, I'd love any feedback or thoughts! Happy to answer any questions on the process too.

Here's the video, which is also embedded on our landing page now:

Question are you using Loom? This seems different.

Both portions were recorded using ScreenFlow. It’s awesome!

Just curious, why didn't you schedule a call with them and gave them a video that way? I think that way you'd learn a lot more and get feedback.

Great question - we are scheduling a video call this week, but their schedule is very limited and so they asked for something in the meantime.

I’m always pushing for videos calls if I can!

Hmm, you should have just scheduled a Zoom call with him to demonstrate your product, or you may use Loom to record a video. I did one too for my logo maker InstantLogo.

    Anyway, the video looks good.

      Hey, thank you so much!

These are great ideas. I think putting this together in one long stretch resulted in some less-than-creative approaches. I agree with all of your feedback and will probably make a V2 shortly.

      Thanks again!
