I'm starting a Work Vlog: documenting the wins and failures of my journey

Every time I post here I feel guilty for not spending more time with this community, but Twitter is literally cocaine.

Previously, I have written about my failures and wins, but for the longest time I wanted to start a video series about sharing my journey with shipping apps.

I'm (painfully) going from an indiehacker to forming a small company and I have a very hard time with delegating tasks, managing people and projects, etc. I wanted to share all of my learnings and processes, and someone might find it useful.
