Seeking founders who’ve struggled with scaling pains in their product

I keep meeting founders who launch quickly, get traction, and then hit a wall.

The issue isn’t the idea, it’s that the product can’t handle growth. Suddenly the system slows down, bugs pile up, and instead of building new features, the team spends months firefighting.

That moment can be make-or-break for a startup.

I’m looking to connect with founders who are either going through this right now or want to avoid it entirely.

Here’s where I help:

  • Turning messy MVPs into scalable products.
  • Refactoring architecture so growth doesn’t feel like chaos.
  • Building with stacks that evolve, not collapse.

If you’re dealing with scaling pains, I’d love to chat. You can reach me here: www.devvoid.org

And to the IH community, what’s been your biggest scaling challenge so far?

    Hey,
    Nice that you're offering help.

I checked your site briefly. It took what felt like a full 30 seconds for the site to load on my 1GBps connection on a M1 mac in NL. I would aim for less than 1 sec at least for the landing page. Definitely under 10s.

I wasn't able to stay on the site too long. The animations are not great for those with motion sickness. If you're B2B, I would review that design. It seems more B2C to me and even then I would reduce the animations.

The right side menu also overlaps with the content in a way that seems unintentional. I could be wrong though.
