My BitClout Journey: Launching The Creator Fund & Raising Millions
The biggest milestone in my BitClout journey is, without a doubt, launching the creator fund. The vision behind it was to help creators grow and to become the top 10 coins on the platform.
The 24 hours that followed the launch of the creator fund were crucial, and the fund was expected to raise millions in the presale... and so it did.
The concept of the fund was simple. Investors are split into tiers based on how much they invest in the fund. The founder reward is set at 100%, and the funds are paid to the coin holders in dividends over a period of 10 months. This model helps the fund avoid any potential dumps from investors as they will lose money by doing so.
The creator fund was a successful journey, but a bumpy ride nevertheless. Many big names on BitClout threatened to pull out their investments from the people who were associated with us.
Our next success story will be CloutFeed, and we intend on making it the number one BitClout mobile application.
