Two resources I want to share with fellow ADHD indie hackers

I find having ADHD contributes to feeling frazzled and unable to focus, and I found doing 10~20M sessions of Yoga Nidra as effective as taking a nap (I find it difficult to nap so it's great to have a similarly effective way to rest & reset that doesn't depend on the chance of me successfully falling asleep). I do 1~3 sessions throughout the day depending on how I'm feeling, especially on days where I didn't get 6+ hours of sleep.

EMDR is another therapeutic technique I use to reset my state, it's the most effective method I've found to calm down when under heavy stress, also happens to be very effective at treating various traumas. Sounds wacky but it's backed by research. There are short how-to summaries on top comments, but you can also search youtube for "emdr session" to see how a professional therapeutic sessions are conducted.

Hope you guys will give these a try and find them helpful.
Ciao
