For the last 6 months we've been building Audionotes, an audio-first note-taking tool. And last month we reached the milestone of $5k with a mix of annual and lifetime deals. Here are the tools we use at Audionotes on day-to-day basis:
Sending emails is a conversion booster. It helps us convert 20-30% more users every month.
We use Loops to send all our onboarding, marketing, and transactional emails to users. Very easy to use and customizable, highly recommended!

To increase the credibility of your app, testimonial management is very important.
Senja is very intuitive and easy to use to collect testimonials and present shows on the website.

Audionotes is completely built on the no-code tool bubble.io. We've already used it to build more than 5 SaaS applications and loving it.

To monitor keywords relevant to Audionotes we use Sparksocial. It helps to do relevancy tests and even generates responses using AI for generating leads.

Progressier is a wrapper to convert bubble.io webapp into PWA which helps to install it on both Android and iOS devices.

Shots is a mockup tool. We use it to generate very cool product mockups which can be used for email marketing and put out feature updates on socials.

Similar to Shots, Screen Studio is a screen recording tool. We use it to record features and product walkthroughs to send emails and put them out on socials.

We use Stripe to collect payments in both INR and USD

We use Google Analytics for analytics, a Search console for rankings, and a workspace for emails, nothing fancy here.
I hope this post will help anyone to select the right set of tools for their product journey.
Also if you are looking for an audio-to-text note-taking tool, do check out Audionotes.

Great list of tools, Rushab! I'm particularly interested in hearing more about your experience using Bubble. I've been considering using it to build my own SaaS application, and it's great to see that you've been able to use it to build so many successful applications.
I'm also curious to learn more about how you use Progressier to convert your Bubble web app into a PWA. I'm not familiar with PWAs, but I'm interested in learning more about the benefits of using them.
