Raising Money for My SaaS 🙌

When we got turned down by the Tinyseed Funding, and the great discussion that occurred here on IH, I've decided to pull in the proposal and sell 10% of my startup to outside investors.

Here are the terms:

10% of Gglot.com for $150,000.
You can purchase 10% at once, or you can purchase 1%. It's flexible.
We will bring in outside investors to help us grow the company to the next level.
Dividends will be paid every month.

More on that in my new Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MaM5lDlUnkc

Any thoughts?
