We launched Trackly a while ago (Both for Onsite and Remote Teams!)

Hey everyone!

I want to share our tool, Trackly. We launched it some time ago, but we are still working hard to make it perfect for remote teams.

What is Trackly?
It is a super simple and powerful tool for Onsite and Remote Workforce Management. It helps managers track team time, manage daily work, and see productivity without any stress.

Why we built this:
Most employee tracking tools are too difficult, have too many bad buttons, or feel like "spyware." We wanted to build something clean, fast, and friendly that teams actually love to use.

What Trackly does:

Easy Time Tracking: Check working hours with just one click.

Smart Team Charts: See who is doing what every week without messy sheets.

No Stress Management: Simple dashboard to manage your whole remote team in one place.

Since we have been live for a while, we fixed a lot of bugs. But now, we need your expert feedback to grow bigger!

Please check it out. If you run a remote team, what is the biggest problem you face? Let us know!

Trust-first positioning is smart and genuinely different from 'surveillance with polish.' The challenge: proving to managers that visibility doesn't require invasiveness is easier to claim than to live with at scale.

Real question for growth: which stage actually converts? Solo founders juggling everything (5 people max) probably use spreadsheets. Pre-seed/Seed teams (5–15 people) are where the pain becomes acute that's when a manager can't track by osmosis anymore, and they start searching for tools. Series A+ teams often outsource HR/ops to platforms they already have.

Watch which cohort signs up and sticks. If it's 80% Seed, your roadmap should match that stage's constraints (simple onboarding, no features they can't use).

List on SoftRankings (Workforce Management, Seed stage) stage-segmented traffic tells you instantly which founder cohort actually needs this, saving months of guessing on positioning and features.

How do the 'Smart Team Charts' handle different time zones for fully asynchronous remote teams?

    1. 1

That is a great question! Our charts change automatically based on each person's time zone. So, if someone works from India and another from the US, the manager sees everything in one clear view without doing any math. It makes asynchronous work very easy!

Love the idea , remote team management tools really do need to be simpler and less stressful to use.

      Thank you for the appreciation.

Love the approach of building a tracking tool that doesn't feel like spyware. Trust is huge for remote teams, and keeping it clean and stress-free is definitely the way to go. Congrats on the launch and keeping up with the improvements!

    1. 1

Thank you so much! Clean and stress-free is exactly what we are aiming for. Your kind words mean a lot to us!

I like that you're challenging the assumption that workforce management has to feel like surveillance.

The interesting challenge is making managers believe they can gain visibility without sacrificing trust. If Trackly consistently delivers on that, it becomes a very different product from most employee monitoring tools.

    1. 1

That is a great point! You are exactly right.

Trackly is built to be different. Most tracking tools feel like "spyware" (secret cameras) that make workers feel bad. We don't want that.

We want to show that trust and tracking can work together. Managers get to see what is happening using simple, clean charts. At the same time, employees get their freedom.

If we can do this right, Trackly will change how remote teams work!

      1. 1

That's the part I kept thinking about after reading your reply.

The moment a product asks managers to believe trust and visibility can reinforce each other, it starts carrying a consequence that isn't obvious at first.

I don't think I can explain the reasoning behind that properly in a thread without flattening it.

If you're open to it, what's the best email to reach you on?
