Is there a tool to create videos using AI-based News anchors?

Looking for a tool, which can create videos using virtual faces, the videos should look nice and real.

It's ok if it's in animation or real frame. This will be something like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5iZuffHPDAw

We want to use this technology to create educational videos on our channel.

    There are two general paths. There are Deepfake solutions which work with real images but are not stable.

    Then there are game engine based solutions, things like vtuber

    There is also Metahuman from Unreal. It looks really good, but only early access for now.
