[Looking for Feedback] My new Startup-Advice Video

Hi everyone,
I just uploaded my 4th Video to my Channel, where my goal is to support startup founders and help them avoid the mistakes I made myself or have seen with the teams I mentored.

My latest video:
The One Mistake I see Early Startup make again and again
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILg4sQ4Wxus

I try to improve with every video. My learnings so far with the last videos:
💪 Making videos exciting through editing, fade-ins, sound effects and music is very important.
💪 Show your hands: Seeing the gestures of the hands is important for the viewer to follow the video.👋
💪 Even if you make a thousand promises during filming and have the feeling that it's the worst video ever; by removing the slips in the edit, a good usable video still comes out (from 25 minutes of recordings I make about 6 minutes of video (so many slips and new starts 🙈)

What do you think about my last video? What can I improve? 🤗
