Why did I took a step back

So I'm making a game and it is not going quite good.
I mean as a programmist I'm doing well
(also gameplay provides a "fun" factor)
but problem is that people do not know what is going on on a screen
So I have to redo all of the graphics and designs
(take my step back).

I had a lot of time to think about it and the problem is
that I had this vision for how my game should look like
and I have 0 experience with UI/UX (I have 0 sens of beauty)

So I started to look for graphic artists which had much more
experienced than my current one.
And here comes another problem, I had a few recruitment talks
and they end up as soon as I mention
that I have to abandon my "graphic vision" for others to handle
and they will be responsible for it.

Finally, I found a person who is willing to do this.
Also, I did increase my budget for graphic works.
Let's see how this will end up.

If you wonder what game I'm making here is my channel and videos
