If you would rather figure things on your own, here are the 2 tools I talk about in the video:

https://hunter.io/cold-email-campaigns - it's a SaaS for finding emails, but they also have a free feature of sending personalized emails using your Gmail account. You can either use the leads found from their app or you can import your own list.

https://mailmeteor.com/ - it's a google sheet add-on, you can send cold emails directly from your sheet with leads, this one is limited to 100 emails per day, but this should be more than enough if you personalize them.

PS: Try to send the emails as personalized as possible as that will help you more in the long run, you can do that with both of those tools, by adding a custom entry to your CSV file with the part of message that is personalized.
