We're looking for a true growth hacker — someone who lives and breathes virality, short-form content, and creative B2B sales tactics. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact viral videos, growing our audience rapidly, and driving qualified B2B leads.
You must know how to hook attention fast, craft irresistible offers, and use unconventional strategies to fuel growth. If you're resourceful, data-driven, and obsessed with finding ways to hack distribution and sales pipelines, we want you.

Responsibilities

Create viral short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute creative B2B outreach and inbound strategies.
Engineer growth loops, referral campaigns, and smart automation where it makes sense.
Test and optimize content, offers, and channels quickly based on feedback and data.
Own metrics: audience growth, lead generation, and conversion to sales.
You Are

A creative marketer with a proven track record of virality or B2B lead generation.
Fast-moving, self-starting, and not afraid to experiment.
Deeply familiar with short-form video psychology and B2B buyer behavior.
Skilled in scrappy tools, automation, AI content generation, and CRM/sales funnels.
Bonus: Previous experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B services.
