About NForce

NForce is building the infrastructure that powers intelligent automation, enabling businesses and solution providers to deploy AI assistants across chat, voice, and email with analytics, sandboxing, and enterprise-grade controls.

After validating our technology through dozens of successful implementations, we are shifting from direct service delivery to a partner-led platform model. Our focus is on empowering implementation partners — agencies, consultancies, and integrators — to build their own AI solutions on NForce.

We are looking for a founding go-to-market lead, an entrepreneurial operator who can help design, test, and grow this next phase of distribution.

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves building from scratch. You will work directly with the founder/CEO to design and execute NForce's GTM strategy: recruiting early implementation partners, shaping our messaging, and running initial growth experiments to validate scalable channels.

This is not a typical marketing job. It is a founding GTM seat for someone who wants to help shape the commercial DNA of a deep-tech company at the moment it transitions from service-based to platform-driven growth.

What You'll Do

Partner & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and recruit early implementation partners in the US and abroad.
  • Develop the early NForce Partner Program (certification, training, playbooks).
  • Co-create marketing assets, case studies, and onboarding materials.

Growth & Awareness

  • Test and launch lightweight growth experiments: webinars, content, referral funnels, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Shape NForce's messaging and positioning around partner-led AI adoption.
  • Help establish initial metrics, pipelines, and GTM tooling.

Strategic Input

  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and revenue-sharing strategy for partners.
  • Serve as a bridge between product and market, turning partner feedback into actionable roadmap insights.

What We're Looking For

  • US-based, with timezone alignment with the CEO preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS partnerships, GTM, or growth, ideally with early-stage startups.
  • Strong writing and communication skills — can craft positioning and pitch decks.
  • Technically literate and comfortable discussing automation, AI, or integrations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you like building from zero, not inheriting a system.

Bonus Points

  • Built or contributed to a partner or channel program before.
  • Operated in AI, automation, or workflow software.
  • Worked with small B2B agencies or consulting firms.

Compensation

  • Hybrid compensation: modest monthly retainer plus equity participation.
  • Designed for a part-time commitment (10–20 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time leadership role as we scale revenue or raise capital.
  • Early-stage founder-adjacent visibility: work directly with the CEO, shape company strategy, and build a network of high-value partnerships.
