Flowtelic
Study, Learn, Think, Write, Publish—with maximum efficiency
I finally managed to reach my long standing goal of 1,000 YouTube subscribers. This milestone represents a key proof that I can create content that others enjoy and have a formulate to do it consistently. The key difference is I can create videos about something I'm genuinely passionate about and this resonates with my audience.

It's finally here—focus mode. It's one of the cornerstone features for Flowtelic that sets it apart from other second-brain note-taking apps. The goal is to help you succeed, not just give you tools and leave you on your own. Focus mode now encourages you to create knowledge wealth in small chunks so you can benefit from the compound effect of your note-taking journey. Check it out.

As I continue to find my audience via YouTube, the strategy is working with a growth in views, likes and subscribers. I've now surpassed 500 subscribers making it halfway to my long-standing goal of 1,000 subscribers.
As I continue the #buildinpublic journey, Twitter is where I feel most connected with the maker community. I'm pleased to say that I've broken the 3,000 follower mark.

In this update I launched the ability to pin a note to the right hand side so you can move around your evergreen note collection and organise it into the right place. This is great for study sessions where you want to take your study notes into your knowledge management system.

YouTube is a key channel for promoting awareness of the application with educational material about the note-taking methodologies and working examples. By releasing videos often and going deep into the technical details, it appears to be paying off.

In this update I launched the new workflow features for Flowtelic. Now you have a more extensive range of note types for the various stages of your note-taking system. In addition, notes also have a status so you can track the progress of your work.

Hey Martin!
I already head about Zettelkasten, and read some primer about it. So I started to watch your video, and... It seems you need some kind of intro for a 5-years old. Your software looks so pro, that I feel it's not for me straight for the beginning.
I used mindmaps in past, now I prefer plain paper for taking notes, but try to evaluate every note-organizing solution I see.-

Thanks Dimmi, it's really nice to hear your perspective. I completely agree with the simpler intro, etc. That will be coming once I have the product direction nailed down. Hopefully I will attract some pro users via YouTube who follow and get the journey, then switch gears and make it super accessible to the wider audience. I'll get there.

This is a huge move forward into the app being a differentiator to other note taking apps. You have the ability to mark a note as a study note. In addition, if you enter a web link into the note, you can preview a readability version of it, right in the note card. This means you can effortlessly study those backlog of blog posts right within the app and keep it super organised.

We've hit the milestone of 60 email signups to the email waitlist where people can follow the Flowtelic journey and get insights into where the product is going.
This mailing list is the key launch funnel that will get early usage of the product and gain real-world customer feedback.

In this update we take the Zettelkasten note-taking method to the next step. Being able to make your notes super discoverable is easy now by creating Index Notes. These notes are sorted alphabetically and make it great for a top-down view of your knowledge system.

A new key feature is to allow you to import Markdown notes from other apps right into Flowtelic. This makes it super easy to explore and experiment with the app, but also restore your collections you've exported to your device. Using it is as simple as dragging the files into the collection notes list.

I believe that great learning and teaching comes from a robust knowledge system such as the Zettelkasten. However, no tools help do this consistently, every single day. Flowtelic is my expression of making this possible.
