Looking for a Strategic Visionary to Join Our All-Star Founding Team

Hey everyone,

Following up on my post from yesterday about exploring a potential new project. After discussing it with my cofounders, we’ve decided to focus on strengthening our current project by finding a fourth cofounder – specifically, a visionary with a strategic mindset.

Our main project is a CRM tailored for real estate agents in Germany, and we’ve already secured three LOIs with prepayments. Alongside this, we’ve developed an internal lead gen tool for the German market with solid potential. If we find the right partner to join us, I’ll likely put the new project idea on hold to dedicate myself fully to scaling this one.

Our current all-star team includes:

  • Tim Uhlott (32, Software Architect): Developing his own projects since 2015.
  • Christian Wunder (34, Developer Team Lead): Has been on his entrepreneurial path since 2019.
  • Myself (34, Business Generalist & Sales): Since 2005, I've bootstrapped multiple businesses, mainly including one that achieved €1.2M in annual revenue.

We believe we have a solid foundation and are looking for someone who shares our strategic vision and can help take us to the next level. I have been working with Tim and Christian for several months now and I feel confident that we're going to succeed due to team competence and synergy no matter the project. If you or someone you know is interested in joining a team with big goals, feel free to reach out at me@hofmannmoritz.com. I’d love to chat!

Cheers,
Moritz

    Hi Moritz, it looks interesting.
CRMs are very interesting for me. I've created companies, some good and profitable some not so good. I've joined startups as C level (6th and 20th employee) and went through the acquisition phase.
Let's talk. I'll write to your email and see.

so you have customers and tech people to lead the development but you are looking for more people, and not employees but co-founders, that sounds like there is something very wrong with your project or the people involved in it.
    so what is the problem?

We're passively looking for someone as a visionary and second business type co-founder. It would be a nice-to-have and only if we find a really good person, otherwise we'll be fine as-is.

what specifically are you looking for in a co founder for your team?

      Hi Muideen,

Thanks for your question! Here are some key characteristics I’m looking for in a co-founder:

Experience: Someone who has been through the startup journey before and isn’t completely new to founding.
Commitment: I’m personally working full-time on this project, so I’m looking for someone equally dedicated.
Motivation: A co-founder who brings energy and enthusiasm to drive the project forward.
Vision and Strategy: Someone who thinks big, has a clear vision, and can bring strong strategic insights to the team.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

      Best regards,
      Moritz
