Adult Industry - looking for a partner outside of India

I'm looking for someone from outside of India (where pornography is legal), to partner up with me for an innovative adult streaming website.
I own very potential single keyword domain name that could easily drive in type-in traffic and I have an Idea to make people stay & come for more. I just need someone to partner up to own the hosting account in their name. I am a developer myself but Knowing to code would be helpful but not necessarily.

If i host the Adult site in a server which is placed outside of India . Then will it come under legal product?

I have no prior experience in Adult Industry, this is my first project.

Due to high competition in the industry and many beautiful models already available. I think we need to focus and bring innovation in content discovery, as people spend more time searching for porn than watching one.

I am a web developer and I have worked on some of my client's websites that are in adult industry. I personally don't have a website/project in Adult industry.

I'm not assuming based on one article and few experiments. It is highly unlikey that one would open up a porn website and climaxing to the first video he finds in the homepage.
