So thinking of productizing a service I already provide for people. However, want to understand from people if it would be something they would also be interested in.
Essentially I provide a comprehensive review of your front end code, architecture, testing and performance. On completion, supply a document with my observations and recommendations on what attacking different parts of that review will achieve, from a performance, scalability or stability perspective.
A bit about me, I am a technical lead who specialises in front end technologies. I have been through vigorous compliance, due diligence for successful acquisitions. Through performance enhancements alone caused an uplift in product sales by 10x for differing e-commerce brands. Scaled teams of 2 developers up to an engineering team of 50+.
Question is, is this a service you feel your business would potentially want at some point through its journey?
I could see this being of comfort and of use to business people who pay to have something built (outsourced dev somehow) and want the confidence that what has be delivered is of quality, maybe backing that into terms of whoever they hire to build it.
Yeah, that's a really useful point. It being an external review also gives a completely impartial voice. I now need to figure out how to get it in front of the right people
