I'm building a tool for creation cool video clips in minutes
I often experience discomfort when working with video: cutting the necessary fragments and gluing them together can take me hours.
Also, many people record podcasts now. And after talking to podcasters, it turned out that they are experiencing the same problem! But the biggest pain for them is creating a video cover and adding it. Especially when the cover needs to be manually adapted to vertical, square, and horizontal screens. It's annoying, it takes a lot of time, and so instead of posting 10 videos a week, people post 1 video a week.
And so I came to the idea: what if we create a super simple tool that has only 3 options: cutting and gluing pieces, automatic cover generation based on the video title... And that's when ClipWing was born.
How does it work? You just upload your long video, get the transcription, select the necessary text snippets, and voila - these snippets are glued into one short clip! You can adapt the video to different formats - square (for Instagram), horizontal (for YouTube), and vertical (for Stories or TikTok).
AI generates a video title based on the context of the selected text snippets and automatically adds it as a cover. But if you want to upload a custom image, no problem! Just add it from your device.
Sounds super easy and fast, right? But that's not all. You can also download the soundtrack for your video right here or use our collection - no boring stock sounds, all these sounds are composed by DJ Humus.

I think the light-hearted green theme will likely target “creator” types, which could be perfect if that’s your intended audience.
I noticed another comment about the video recommending a text to voice generator, but I think your voice / recording sounds great!
I did find myself a little confused in the middle of the video, but it was more about the content than the presentation I think.
Also, if you don’t mind me asking what is the tech stack for this? I’m curious how you built the landing page and the product itself?

i always use https://page.mmntm.build/ to create a landing page for my new ideas because it's very simple to use without even no-code skills and i can see the website analytics right here (btw, i'm a part of Momentum Page team 😅)
tech stack - i'm not a tech founder, so i have a few guys behind that help me with implementation. we use AI to generate the titles for video based on selected pieces of text and also use AI to get the transcription.

Looks really great. Will give it a try one it‘s live. The green landing page was a bit unexpected, though. Not sure if I like it with the butterflies and stuff, but i got the idea of the product and was instantly convinced.

ClipWing - clip (short piece of video) + wing (short clips will spread all over the internet as magically fast as if they have wings), that's why i made a butterfly as a mascot. and green color - it is about nature 😊
