CRM for Social Networks - Do you mind answering one of these questions?

Hey People,
Plazas is a CRM that helps you manage prospect relationships across Social Media https://try-plazas.com/

Do you struggle to keep track of conversations across social networks?

Which feature in the landing page really excites you?

In what way the CRM you use every day, is not doing what you need?

Thanks,
M

There are already a few services like this. What's your USP? One I used before was https://sproutsocial.com/. Is this the same as what you are offering or is yours a bit different? You could also get similar results from automation tools such as Jarvee.

I agree with you, it's not clear the USP yet. This is because I'm still doing research to understand what's valuable/useful for users.

In my personal case, I struggle to keep track of conversations across different social media like Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack Communities. And it would also be helpful to have an easy sales automation tools that perform simple followups or remind me to do them (at the moment I have a Todolist in Notion, with due dates and links to the conversations, colour-coded for the priority)

Do you use Jarvee and Sproutsocial? How is your experience with them?

I only used the free trial for sprout social but my initial impressions were that it was a really good piece of software but a bit too expensive for your average user (the cheapest option was $99 per month). Jarvee can then be used to pretty much automate your social media account (auto follow, like, DM, etc) which generally breaks T&Cs and can get your accounts banned but it can also give you a central hub for all your DMs and comments across multiple accounts. Jarvee was much cheaper as well ($30 per month for 10 accounts).

Jarvee doesn't support chat platforms like Slack or reddit and I don't think Sprout Social does either so maybe that is your USP. If you were to take 1 step further and also support the likes of WhatsApp, FB Messenger, etc then that would be something I would be interested in.

    • It's not to much right now but I can imagine once you get to 20/30 weekly it can become hard
Which feature in the landing page really excites you?
    • "The CRM born after the Social Networks outbreak" this slogan makes no sense to me
    • You show the product and I can quickly get what it is
    • Product images are a bit large
In what way the CRM you use every day, is not doing what you need?
    • I use Buffer for most social stuff right now, but it does not support any messaging. Apart from that I use the apps from the platforms I am on

      Thanks for the feedback buddy!
How do you deal with the lack of messaging in Buffer, do you manually send them to all your contacts? Is it painful this workflow for you?
