Daily Stand-up #1 - 05.18.2020
Spent the morning coming up with metrics for viable ideas. I'm using articles from the 'Start Here' page to guide what a good idea looks like.
The biggest barrier right now is that I haven't identified a clear problem, thus it's hard to come up with a potential business or solution or method of iteration.
I'm gonna focus on some subset of developers as a market. I don't know what subset yet. I foresee focusing on whatever group of developers has the most valuable problem. I plan to have decided on an initial problem hypothesis by my next post tomorrow morning.
From there, the strategy is to conduct customer interviews to refine the hypothesis and create content to build a community for further validation.
