Designer/Marketer Wanted ! :)

Hello, I am a mostly backend web developer and I have 3 profitable website (all in different industries) that I am currently running/operating. I have done very limited marketing for these and want to grow them! I have so far done all of the work myself - but I am not very skilled at marketing, designing, or growing my user base. I have other websites with traffic but no sales yet on these ones.

I am looking for someone to help me grow these websites into something larger, and I think that the ideal person would be someone with a complimentary skillset - someone who can help with designs and marketing (content creation, logo creation, website mock-ups, generating ideas for more features i can build etc.)
