Over the last few days, I have been working on the on boarding flow for Request It.
I would like to get some feedback on how you all might better what I have built.
A little context for those of you now aware of my project, Request It. Request It is a customer feedback platform that works differently than the current players. Instead of companies signing up and allowing their customers to provide feedback, Request It allows customers to post feedback about any company. Then companies can claim their page to interact with their customers. This is the on boarding flow for business owners to claim their company profile.
Looks very gov. like heavy serious bureaucracy
How about taking high inspiration from google analytics validation of websites? (they also allow multiple ways...)
Thank you for the feedback! I plan to offer multiple ways of verification in the future but will be launching MVP with DNS verification and manual verification for those who reach out to me directly.
I would like to better understand where you felt it was giving a "bureaucracy" vibe. Is it more with the content, the design, or the flow?
IDK if the initial claim page should even exist, either you can prove ownership or not
should probably have links for further help, I remember other systems have a page on how to set DNS with each or the common providers, like a list of 20 of them or so
(file verify I think is easier for all parties normally)
on the plans page, probable should use 'register' in place of 'buy'
free should probably be used in the button and the price not 0$
This is great feedback. Thank you! 👏
