I found 400 sites to launch from and reviewed each one

I scraped 400+ sites from different sources, then tried to launch on each one. So many of these sites were broken or not updated. I made notes which sites are worth the trouble;

Thanks for this informative list! Came just in time for my next project.

  2. 2

Oh Yess!! Thanks for sharing the list. Going to launch my platform at the end of the month. This will be really helpful!

  3. 2

Kudos to your effort, it requires a lot of patience and time.

  4. 2

Correct, but you can't be certain about those places so some cheap tests should be helpful.

    Great list but too time-consuming.

Looking for a tool where I will be inputting details and it will get propagated to all these sites automatically.

If anyone is interested in creating this tool, I am open for discussion

    1. 1

Hypothetically, what value would be attached to the tool? The difficulty is most posters would be early or pre-revenue and only ever need it once. Only 40 sites are recommended, and while some are pretty basic, some seem super involved and/or require extra funding to submit. A tool that copies the basic answers though for a product hunt clone that could take out ½ the list, is that useful?

Launch where your customers are. So many people I see launch on a site their customers would never see.

This is awesome, you're the 🐐

This is awesome! Thanks so much @keenforms

  12. 2

Very useful! helped with my launch. Thanks!

Thank you for gathering all of this, this is why I actually open indiehackers and browse on here.

I also had a list of 200+ sites to post my app but I found that most links were dead now and the ones that were still active, most had a really low domain authority. Im at 150 and so far only about 5 are active with a domain authority above 40.

  15. 2

    This is awesome, thanks!

  16. 2

This is amazing. Only yesterday I was searching for this information. Thanks dude

Will you add publishing capabilities to multiple platforms at the same time?

    1. 2

That is one of our goals. We're hoping to launch a service that allows you to publish a project to all these sites. At least the ones that are actually worth it.

      1. 2

Publishing to all these sites would be awesome - good luck!

      2. 2

Yeah of course. Well, keep us updated!

  18. 2

This is actually really useful, thanks a lot! Will use it to launch my products like ProductLift

I would recommend to remove the PH launch tbh and launch again in a couple of months.

Also, how are you going to monetize/operate this? Nobody does it for free for 10years ;)

    1. 1

So the PH launch was a bust. I would consider relaunching on PH again.

I have one idea for LPZ, which is to allow people to launch their own project and make it easy to post on all these sites for a fee. I'm open to ideas.

Love this energy ! Can you please do a critical review of www.yadget.co ? Pretty please 🙏🏼

    1. 1

The site reviews places you would launch a project. How do you use yadget.co to launch something? If there is a way to launch on yadget I will gladly add you to the list.

  20. 2

    Thanks for the curation.

  21. 2

Thank you for sharing such a valuable resource. I didnt even know a fifth of them. Will try to launch https://reinforz.ai in all of those sites. Apart from the rating system did you ever thought about adding a pros and cons chart so that the audience can see why its recommended vs not?

  22. 2

Hey! Love the point blank reviews. And thanks for mentioning businesstoolvault.com!

  23. 2

Love this! Found a lot of websites to market it that would be useful. Would be interesting if you added a highly recommended tag!

    1. 2

Thinking about having a 0-5 star rating system, the recommended/not recommended is too black and white, needs some refinement. Maybe we'll open it up at some point to outside reviews.

  24. 2

This is gold, thanks for doing this hard work for the community!

    1. 1

      I appreciate that, thanks!

  25. 2

Wow, this would be the greatest help for the 1st time inidehacker like me! Keep up your good work.

    1. 1

thanks. Would love an upvote on the post if its not too much trouble.

  26. 1

Super handy for me now. Just started out and need lots of sites like these. Thank you.
