I've been beta testing for 2 years, but still need feedback

Just over 2 years ago I built a maintenance management system for an HOA (home owners association) managing body.

They've been using it daily to manage & keep track of ~2 400 properties' maintenance, insurance claims & long term projects.

Communication with HOA's is such a common issue that there is a subreddit of 96k members who all complain about HOA's. A lot of the posts seem to be legal issues, but quite a few seem to be classical bad communication.

So far we've built a system which helps the managing body or HOA a lot in keeping track of maintenance, but we still need way more functionality to make the system valuable to home owners & tenants.

Here is a link to the WIP landing page I've built:

What are common problems home owners & tenants face with their HOA's and maintenance to common property ?

I'm really dedicated to reducing the problems home owners of condo's face and helping them to feel at ease about their investments. Any feedback here would be most valuable :)

    Here's a problem! I hope it helps!

    1. Condo owners often lease their condos to tenants.

    2. HOAs often need to inform whomever is in the condo unit (tenant, owner, sublessee, 14 roommates, etc.) about things like "the trash chute will be closed on Wednesday" or "the pool is closed on Saturday."

    3. Currently #1 and #2 above create an awkward and unreliable chain of communication, e.g.,

    a) HOA informs property manager
    b) Property manager blast email condo owners
    c) Condo owners individually forward emails to tenants

Along this process accurate email lists must be maintained and emails must be manually forwarded.

The process also goes the other way, e.g., ...

    a) Tenant needs a new fitness room fob so they email the condo owner
    b) The condo owner emails the property manager
    c) The property manager replies to the condo owner
    d) The condo owner emails the tenant "contact the property manager to get a new fob", etc...

This is great feedback thank you!! :)

Do you think there is ever the need for tenants or owners to be able to see history, records & current maintenance for the their condo or the the entire condo building, without having to contact HOA or involved parties ?

Like logging in to a platform and seeing a repaint of your entire floor exterior walls is scheduled etc..

@loubserian this is just me and I could be totally wrong but even though history seems to intellectually make sense as a feature I am not sure if in practice people will actually use it that much due to complexity and probably UI issues? But that's just my guess!

    • There should be more content on the home page
    • Use a font like Open Sans, Inter, or Lato
    • Choose a better icon for your logo (I'd be willing to help make one 😉)
    • The contact page looks awesome! Make the rest of your site reflect that awesomeness
    • Get a favicon for your site

Very good site! If you need a new logo, I'd be interested in designing one for you 😄

      Ah thanks for the feedback!
Hehe, yeah not too happy about the current logo myself :)

Should I perhaps move the content from the features page to be at the bottom of the home page?

        No problem! 😄

Yes I think that would be better so then viewers would see your CTA buttons.
