I recently launched a landing page using cardd.co and am looking for some of your valuable constructive criticism. I'm looking for opinions. I am very curious as to what you think about my approach of basically keeping specifics secret? Would you put your name on the email list? Does it feel sketchy? etc...
The styling is quite nice and professional, but the content is WAY too bare. There's not enough info to hook you, no pictures (even some doodles that explain the concept would help). This currently looks like unfinished boiler-plate.
If you want it to be secretive, maybe making the intro interactive would help, though I'd be wary of that, and consider that kind of thing the domain of art projects.
Thank you for the feedback @prohobo. I'll work on adding some photos and more details.
If you were Christopher Nolan or Mark Zuckerberg I would consider signing up with little to no information about the product or service.
The reality of things is that you need to articulate as much value to your viewers as possible in the shortest amount of real estate. I agree with @prohobo - the current site does not have enough information to motivate me to signup.
I like the words of wisdom you have provided @robertdippolito. Thank you. Looking at the page in its current form from the client's perspective. I don't see any immediate added value. #fail :) I'll have to work on that.
The rest looks fine. And I do agree with the two other comments here :)
