yo, you need to clear up your messaging and communication on the site. To a new user they don't get the jist fast enough for it to make a value proposition for them to stick around.

Less words, more "here is what I can do for you".

aka:

Should be:
"We make money by finding you deals."
Then show me how.

In fact the sentence:

Almost seems like an oxymoron when you analyze it, "when someone signs up to a new savings account"... then we will " be paid a fee for making the customer.... sign up"....
