    Excellent idea.

    Another thing that helps a lot with mental health is coloring books.

    I was harassed and bullied at my job for nearly 2 years during the pandemic and my mental health took a beating.

    I now prioritize my. mental health daily by coloring books.

    It helps me focus on the good.

    It's always the best to start a Therapy than trying to help by watching video "how to help myself". Trust me, it's best decision. Find a good therapist (https://www.cirquelodge.com/treatment/)in your city with some good reviews (in google or whatever)
