Pivoting my 10 year old Digital Agency for this...

Hello everyone!

Its been over 10 years that me and my sister created a Marketing & Design Agency in south america, basically a 360 degrees agency that made it all... literally we were doing everything our clients needed. From social media, to branding, logos, paid ads, events, merch, you name it... as a 20 year old entrepreneur at that time I wasnt thinking that i should niche in, or something like that, actually i really think that "niche" thing is a new concept that have helped a lot, but in those days that wasnt part of our plan...

However, after 7-8 years of doing everything , we tried to change a little an begin to avoid some "difficult" clients, you know exactly which ones, and try to focus on the ones that will make us get to another levels... without realizing that we where working in a completely dead market... and I am not talking about all businesses here, I am talking about design and marketing in south america is so undervalued, so cheap, so common that nobody will pay more than basic salaries for entire projects, not even huge companies, that "they dont have enough budget" even if you work with outstanding Designers, with incredible designs, I entered in this "depression" hole of having so much quality but not enough market that actually value it... until I came to Bali.

My Bali experience change it all, I arrive to this island 8 months ago, I have been around other countries in Asia, and have met incredible people, business related, creatives, and entrepreneurs that are willing to be better everyday, that is really amazing! But the thing that most surprise me is the amount of value that is giving to creatives, designers, and mostly all workers that focus their attention in "Bigger Economy" or Healthy Economy Countries... those countries that are not trying to put your price down because they really appreciate the value behind it, or even if they dont appreciate, at least they are used to pay more... thats when it hit me.

Maybe you will say like: bro this is so obvious... yes it is obvious but when you live in a country full of restrictions, and "poor" mentality, sometimes you get mixed with all this and the idea of making business abroad and succeed on it, goes away... but its never too late. We are finally doing it...
