I'm working nights & weekends to discover online evidence of my audience's problems. Once I find something promising, I'll come up with a landing page that I immediately test scheduling customer development interviews or sending it to potential early adopters.
This workflow is intrinsically tough, we know it all, but I feel that I'm doing it with the wrong tools:
Every day I'm in this messy and defragmented environment, trying to keep track of my goals, ideas, target audiences' problems, market data estimation, ideas' validation activities, early adopters contacts list, and in the meantime, stay motivated and accountable. 🥴
So I thought about a SaaS, a sort of CRM that keeps track of pain points' evidences, ideas and validation activities with early adopters (and perhaps an accountability feature, with a kind of community behind, that helps you stay motivated like https://wip.chat/ but for idea validation).
How many of you are in the same situation? What tools do you use to organise all this stuff and stay focused?

Notion, Notion and Notion :)
nearly 2 months in Notion. I'm pretty happy with it.
aldought I still have 10+ tabs always open.
I started using Notion, and I think is brilliant! ♥️
What I need though, it's a kind of Social CRM that keeps track of all the conversations I have across social media in one place (Twitter, IG, LinkedIn, Reddit, Slack, WhatsApp). And it would be awesome if I could add followups/ tasks with candidates for customer development interviews.
If you have the same problem, what CRM do you use for these things @rosiesherry? How about you @Anastas?
I don't use a CRM, feels like too much work...I've tried in the past, but nothing seems to stick. 😬
Lets build notion competitor:)
