Search for any GPT.

Wanted a clean quick UI to search for any GPT. Sends you on to Google. (Wraps Google for once 😂)

    "Subreddits for ChatGPT"

    1. 1

Bingo! That is exactly what I have in mind with gipeties.com. Well, "subreddits for GPTS". I had to come up with an invented word because GPTs is a terrible name for discoverablility. To my mind a gipety is more catchy than a GPTS...

    Nice idea!

There are a lot of GPTS directories popping up now. I created one myself here: https://gipeties.com (yes I decided to coin the word gipety because GPTS is just wierd ;)

I'm willing to collaborate with others who have a similar idea to avoid duplication of effort.

I also created a website called GPTs Hunt. I am not able to post a link here, but if you search gptshuntai on Google, the first one is what I created. I got some traffic about 2k visitors per day and accumulated for 8k+ gpts. I really need someone to work together to make it better.

Hi @kentwang99 I'd be happy to collaborate with you. Sent you a connection request on linkedin.

        Wow, congrats!
Am I getting it right : you're getting 2k visits a day from Google search? So there must be a humongous amount of people searching for GPTs, I guess.

        1. 1

Yes. It's 2k visits per day. I think it's most from social media and some directory websites.

    2. 2

Haha Gipeties. Assuming the singular is Gipity?

      1. 1

Yeah, gipity could work too. I think internally it is called gizmo but googling that brings too many results whereas gipety is not used much currently for anything else.

I can quite easily create different instances to focus on a topic. If for example you wanted a directory of gipeties that focus on work for gpt.work I could do that for you.

            Ok, no worries.

This is nice and simple! I'm guessing the Google results are pretty much randomized right? Since it's all so new I'm guessing

Hey there! Your journey with Shipixen is truly inspiring, and the concept of gipeties , "subreddits for GPTs," sounds like a fascinating venture. The term "gipeties" is indeed catchy and adds a creative flair to the GPTs realm.

Your ability to learn from mistakes and adapt your strategy is commendable — a valuable skill in the startup landscape. It's like navigating through the entrepreneurial maze, often feeling like a "lost life" in the challenges and triumphs.

I'm excited to see how gipeties unfolds and contributes to the GPT community. Wishing you the best on this journey, and may it be filled with remarkable discoveries and successes!

Logged in just to say, please stop using GPT to generate comments. What's the point when they're obviously AI-generated?

Thanks for sharing - It's handy to get a visual reminder of all the subcategories that exist in this arena now!

    anyone tried Grok?

looks great! one question: i also made some gpts and made them public. why couldn't they be found using your tool/google? i have gpt plus subscription. sometimes i do find some GPTs somehow get set to "only people with a link" even though i set them to "public" and then i set them to "public" again. wondering how to make them discoverable on google?

    1. 1

As long as it’s public, it should rank eventually. That is of course in the hands of google. If you put the actual name in of yours does it show? Time is also factor based on when you launched it.

      1. 1

somehow it still doesn't. it has been published for several days. i toggled a verified domain as my builder profile instead of using my name.

the weird thing is when i check/edit the gpt, on the top left corner, it shows published/public, but when i click the save button on top right, it again defaults to publish to "only people with a link"

wow, love the ease of use. Did one for domains and found a winner right away. Love the simplicity!
