The Next Milestone

Now that we’ve completed our months-long application for FAU Tech Runway (result announced tomorrow 😉), we’re refocusing our goals.

We’re committed to getting our first paying customer(s) in the next 60 days.

It won’t take us that long. Frankly, we should set the goal to be 30 days but we’re being a little loose. We want the platform to look and feel a certain way for the first customers (this is not recommended and as such we’re continuing to get people testing the platform in the meantime).

Keep Setting Goals

Defining our next milestone gives us something to aim at. We’ve reprioritized our tasks and adjusted our decision-making to support this goal.

Before, it felt like we were trying to push this massive thing forward and not seeing much in the way of specific progress. We were working on so many fronts that it was hard to push individual parts forward.

Now We’re Focused

We know exactly where we’re headed and what we need to do to get there. All efforts and conversations are moving in the same direction. GET THAT FIRST CUSTOMER.
