Tracking multiple side projects

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a tool that helps you track all of your projects at once?

Like a clean dashboard that shows the project name, traffic, revenue, growth %, etc?

Is this something people even want?

I'm working on something like that at https://statsout.com

It's still an MVP, some things are still broken, but I finally got time to work on it again.

    What integrations do you need?

A spreadsheet would probably do the trick. I am not sure of anyone who runs multiple side projects well enough to need this though. Mostly likely if you're solo with multiple projects you're probably not giving any product the love it needs, which can inhibit the growth of the projects, which prevents the need a for dashboard.

Several well-known project management tools exist, including Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday .com, Basecamp, and Smartsheet. Each tool possesses its own distinct features, pricing options, and integrations, so it's important to assess them based on your specific requirements.

Aside from project management tools, you can also make use of business intelligence tools to track KPIs across multiple projects. These tools provide a unified dashboard that consolidates data from various sources, such as Google Analytics (which I personally use for my blog https://parcelstrackings.com/navata-transport-tracking/ , Buffalo Tracking, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Popular business intelligence tools include Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Domo.

This is our own data that we collect using our trackers directly from VC funds websites. We do not use data from jrstracking, pitchbook or other aggregators. Our data is much more accurate than there.

Have you looked at some of the Notion dashboards? It would be perfect for tracking project names and tasks. Less ideal if you're keener on seeing the data like revenue and growth.

I know of Sunrise KPI which offers integrations with Google Analytics, Stripe, social media and many more.

I still have to give them a try, though.
