Awesome list! I did not know most of these.
that's good! hope to help with your project!
Did you tried some before?
Just a few. ProductHunt, dev.to, makerlog (I know the guy who owns that actually) and of course HN.
What are you building?
An agency of front-end developers with flat rate subscription pricing.
that's cool. I have a software development agency too, based in Romania. Building web apps, mobile, and websites.
I was thinking 1 year ago to offer a flat rate subscription, but from experience I'm not sure it works well. People are asking always a lot of things, extra. In this way, we will offer the context to fill our buffer.
But I'm curious how it works for you.
Also would love to talk shop about running an agency if you are ever interested.
that sounds great, I would love to. Do you use twitter/linkedin?
I use both!

I don't offer unlimited anything, I just switched over to this pricing model and got my first client on it. So far so good!
and how it sounds the offer?
pretty curious about this. because having a recurrent revenue is better than searching over and over for new clients.
It's explained between these two pages on my site.

Never used maketlog, is that kind of platform where you #buildinpublic?
It is! Great community.
nice. I will try it. thanks for sharing.
Well this is gold! Thank you!
happy you find this helpful!
what are you trying to build?
Working on the early stage of an AI email reply tool for SMB and time-pressed solopreneuers
it should reply automatically like a virtual assistant?
Thank you for this list! I'm launching my first indie web app, and I'll be sure to check out a few of these to see if they're suitable.
thanks. I hope you'll launching soon! good luck!
Descrumble is missing, you can launch your startup for free here as well
Thanks for this, great list!
I was doing research trying to create a list like this for myself and accidentally landed on this. Thank you for your work :)
Thanks for your kind word.
Do you want to start a product?
Yes I am, I’m working on building a D&I Recruiting & Consulting platform called Hirdei! Just went live with the beta so I’m doing some research now on places to launch officially later.
Please like me, please help me earn points. Earn 5 points so that I can post articles.
why don't try to give something creative here and people will like your comment for real?
We are trying to do something that combines AI and web3.
What’s the output? What users can do?
We provide users with cheap, decentralized computing power to lower the barrier to training AI models. Let anyone train their own model.
are you building something currently?
yeah, demo building
cool! good luck!
Come on, Creator
Very comprehensive collection. Thank you for sharing. We are going to launch https://reinforz.ai in all of those links. Excited to see the outcome.
I like your landing page, I see that you have a list of competitors which is pretty cool. But isn't there too much text in the first part of the website? I feel that the second half of the website converts better.
Good luck with this project!
Thank you for the feedback. Yes we are aware of the wall of text thats present in our landing page and giving it a total facelift in the upcoming weeks before launch.
Cool. Hope all the best.
Thanks for this
happy to hear that it helps. are you preparing a big launch?
Good curated list!
Thank you :)
thanks.
Nice products, by the way, I like the video demo for Bluright
Awesome!
Thank you :)
Nice, showing the domain rating on these is super useful too. Cheers for sharing!
thanks. I would like to add for all of them, but no time yet.
Thanks for also listing the relevant reddit communities!
cool! Would you consider something else that have to be added there?
I published my first project on the subreddit. Not posted directly, actually i start giving valuable articles and assets 3 months before launching it. And i got a lot of engagements and sales.
This always works.
that sound good!
it is worth it? the reddit community doesn't accept direct sales, so you have to find workarounds and integrate the solution to their problem. the time invested in articles and engagement was paid enough?
I focus on creating value, I didn't add any links or anything in posts but instead, I reply to all the comments with the helpful article I posted, which is directed to my services or weekly subscription.
There were some ppl who engaged through emails and cmts.
Facebook groups can be another thing for you
Congrats! That seems the best approach for Reddit. I admire your patience!
From my point of view is very hard to grow in this way.
That's the only best way I have rn. Can you suggest a strategy that worked for you?
I built mostly in B2B, and here the main thing stands in direct sales.
For example, I go to the business directories and try to connect with the businesses either by DM on social media, calls, or cold email. Or something new, that worked pretty well for me, messages via Whatsapp.
Except that I run ads, mostly on FB.
I'm happy that you replied! I gonna mix my current strategy with this. Thank you, mate...
I build in public, so if you'd like to connect on twitter or LinkedIn would be great. cheers
which do you think have ben most effective for small projects?
Hi, to be right to the point: IDK.
There's not bad publicity, every view counts, and every backlink counts. For sure the ones from the top of the list are more relevant because they are very known by many people, which means much exposure.
Cool. Thanks for sharing.
happy to help. what are you working on?
Cool, How to push articles on indiehackers?
hei. I don't understand your question, can you explain please?
I would like to know how to publish articles on this website like you.
Oh, start here: https://www.indiehackers.com/groups, find a relevant group for your article. For example https://www.indiehackers.com/group/building-in-public, and there you have a button "New Post", press that and that's it.
hope is the answer you expected.
Wow. thanks. Great help.
I would like to keep in touch, we can connect on Twitter or LinkedIn.
Our twitter : @_AiCube
Thanks.
cool!
thanks!
are you currently working on any project?
yep, it is described in the bio.
got it. thanks
Recently devhunt dot org was launched. Another possibility to launch your product :)
I added the link to my list
did you try it?
thanks for sharing!
happy to hear that you find it helpful. do you launch anything soon?
Love it ! Thanks for sharing it ! 🙏 👍
thanks. do you launch a project soon?
Incredible helpful, thank yoU!
thanks. do you launch a project soon?
Yes I am but this list is perfect for my Slack group. We had people asking for something like this the other day.
oh, great! good luck to your fellas!
Thanks for the list! What does "link type" refer to in the table?
Hi Alli,
Some links are added as Do-follow, which means it counts in your SEO score. Others are not, so it doesn't improve in any way your Domain Ranking score. But it still may help you expose the product in front of others.
Thanks for the explanation! SEO is something I need to get into soon, I think.
I really enjoy articles from Ahrefs, so here's the link. Maybe you can find this helpful as I do.
https://ahrefs.com/seo
Thanks so much; I'll definitely check it out!
Woww, Thank you for posting, really helpful!!
I have a quick question for all of you guys. Right now my platform is only open for early access registration. Planning to launch it by the end of the month for early access users.
As a first timer, I'm not sure when is the best time to post my platform on IH and Product Hunt. I would really appreciate your help and guidance on this matter.
happy to hear that it helps you.
I think there are a lot of articles and topics that discuss the best time to launch on PH. Not an expert over this subject, but according to Google:
Thank you so much for getting back to me and for the helpful information. I'm so sorry, my previous question was a bit unclear. I was actually wondering if it is better to post my product on Product Hunts now, or after the launch, so that they can test the product right away?
Oh, got it.
So what happens if I'm not an early user? Can I add my email to a waiting list?
yeah, but you can only try the platform after the launch
If you cannot capture the users in any way, better to wait launching on PH after your official launch.
Okay got it! Thanks for the advice
Very helpful! Thanks @boobo94
Thanks Sean!
Any project released or working one?
I'm working on a project to build small scale carbon capturing technology for manufacturing companies :)
Nice! I'm intrigued, because it sounds pretty complex. it's a hardware device?
In its first phase, it's a hardware development project, but it will eventually be accompanied by a software platform that users can monitor their system's performance and see how much CO2 their equipment has removed from the atmosphere
So cool!
This device is standalone? Or it have to be mounted over user’s device? Pretty interesting
It's designed to be an add-on to customers existing infrastructure.
nicee! good luck there!
THANKS I WAS LOOKING TO LAUNCH MY PRODUCT QR DIFFUSION ON THESE SITES
nice! do you have a link yet?
The most preferable cheat sheet for any founder!! Kudos man!!
thanks!
What are you building?
This is the most remarkable list I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing.
niceee! thanks!
what are you working on?
Currently working on promptsense[dot]co
I have seen people who are not prompt engineers, claiming to be and fooling innocent people who are in need of it.
I see. I checked the website, but is not clear how's different by chatgpt?
Let me explain with an example.
If you type in ChatGPT, "How to do a startup?", it will give you the most generic answer.
But if you set some context while asking the same question, like:
"You act as an entrepreneur and have experience in different departments in startups, such as finance, tech, sales, and marketing. You help people understand the depth of startup culture and guide them in starting their own startups. You also provide suggestions in simple language that can be easily understood by a 5-year-old child. You explain with points and provide guidance on how to achieve them. Now, please tell me 'How to do a startup?'"
This is called Prompt Engineering, and most people don't know how to do it.
PromptSense handles prompt engineering internally, so you don't have to write everything on your own. We have written and verified a multitude of prompts and curated them for users based on their needs. This ensures that you receive the most relevant answer, meeting the expectations of any user.
ook. thanks for explaining to me. I understand now.
I know what prompt engineering is referring to, but I was curious if you rephrase a short input from the user, in a better way that AI understands and it output a better reply.
how's the conversion until now? are users ready to pay?
Absolutely. Even big companies are having jobs of $300,000 for prompt engineering.
People don't pay for platforms, they play for efficiency and convenience.
It's like you will pay for a car if it helps you to reach somewhere faster
In the same way, if I am able to help you to write content more engaging way, though it can be blogs, newsletters, code emails, DMs, and whatnot, why will you not be paying me to do so
I see. Thanks for you explanation. Hope all the best!
Awesome, thanks for sharing this list @boobo94 👍
Thanks Masa! What are you planning to build?
Building Yatta to help people build better habits at work e.g. daily planning, distraction-free focus time, etc. Still a long way to reach the vision, though 😅
niceee. it seems a pretty challenging product with a tough audience. How do you currently market this product? I'm so curious.
Pretty interesting that you say it's challenging and tough. Is that based on your own experience? I think it depends on what you compare it to :)
Only from imagination. I don't have past experience, just a short talk with another founder who worked on something similar.
People say:
So I thought people will use the app, then forget about it.
How do you handle user acquisition currently?
I see. Agree, getting people to build new habits is no easy feat!
The whole thing started out as a landing page experiment. So we're testing the current first version with some unaffiliated people via Google Ads.
Other than that, we're dong some quick experiments e.g. Twitter DMs.
Though, our focus now is validating the value prop and improve the product to make it sticky enough before going after more new users.
Did you tried on subreddits? It seems a great place to start with, from my perspective. And Facebook groups
Good suggestions @boobo94!
That's a very helpful list! I will use it for my product Lexnar .co (today is the launch day). Do you think I should list it from the first day on all those platforms?
Hi Alex,
Very nice and clean website, congrats!
I don't know what to recommend. But personally, I would try different launching times on different platforms. Because I don't want to have a big spike on my analytics, and then silence. Better to let people discover my product in multiple days.
Yes, that make sense. Thank you Bobo for the advice!
are you a Romanian? :D (because of the name)
Yes. Sunt Român, născut și crescut în România :)
aaa, ce tare <3. ma bucur sa aud asta. nice!
ai twitter sau linkedin?
Da, am :)
